Original Dutch semi-soft plastic banner with a trimmed bottom. One rod is missing, banner has creasing/dents, especially in the center and on the left. The banner has other minor imperfections which are normal/expected with rolled semi-soft banners. The condition is Excellent, but the overall look is still very nice.
