The original version of this Return Policy is written in Dutch. To the extent any translated version of this Return Policy conflicts with the Dutch version, the Dutch version controls.
You have the right to cancel your order without reason, also known as buyer remorse, through an unequivocal statement (for example in writing by mail or e-mail), within 14 calendar days of receipt by you or a third party designated by you that is not the shipping carrier, for a full refund (minus delivery costs to non-EU destinations and/or if it only concerns a part of the order) unless the items were damaged during shipping (see below).
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the products to MotionPictureArt.com. Pay via Paypal and you may qualify for free return shipping. Some credit card processors will also reimburse shipping costs. Contact your credit card company for more information.
If a return or exchange has to be made because of our mistake, all shipping costs will be covered for all customers (worldwide).
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the products must be returned with all delivered accessories and if reasonably possible in the original state and packaging within 14 days and in conformity with instructions given by MotionPictureArt.com. This 14 day return period applies to EU customers. Customers outside the EU may make use of a longer but reasonable return period. You bear the responsibility and costs for returning the products.
Within 14 days after you have canceled the purchase and/or after we have received the products, you will receive a refund via the payment method.
Your right of withdrawal does not apply to products, like DVDs and software, whose seal/packaging is broken, if labels, stickers etc. have been removed, to products that were specially ordered and/or made/customized for you and/or if you have declared and MotionPictureArt.com has confirmed that you refrain from the right of a reflection period.
You are only liable for the value reduction of the goods caused by something you have done with the products that is not necessary to be able to assess them and/or culpable actions with damage as a result.

Please open and inspect your order immediately when you receive it.
Incorrectly shipped items, defective products, incomplete shipments and other irregularities must be reported to us by e-mail, with a clear description of the problem, as soon as possible after receipt. We will respond as soon as possible.
If an item has been damaged in shipping we will start the insurance procedure.
If MotionPictureArt.com is responsible for an irregularity in the delivered products, the cost of a return or subsequent delivery shall be borne by MotionPictureArt.com.
We also accept returns or give refunds after longer periods of time when it could be shown with indisputable proof that we incorrectly described a product. Excluded are products that are generally impossible to date accurately or were already described with uncertainties/reservations.
